CASSP (Children and Adolescent Services System Program)
Kids MH Director-Kathleen Kroeger
Residential Casemanager- Jim Baumgratz
Community Casemanager-Kim Zelinski
The goal of CASSP is to assist families in linking with the mental health system and to coordinate needed services for children/adolescents with a mental health diagnosis.
Much of the activity involves child and family centered Inter-agency Service Planning Team meetings where families meet with service providers, educators, CASSP Coordinators and others to plan for home, school, and community treatment options. For individuals needing a higher level of care, a CASSP Casemanager will assist the family in choosing a Residential Program that will best meet the needs of the child. CASSP partners with family members to coordinate and monitor these services.
